Laura Wynne is a writer and filmmaker living in Brooklyn.
Laura’s work as an author, critic and interviewer has appeared in major outlets including GQ, Creem, Grantland, and Screen Slate.
She has covered subjects ranging from film history, genre cinema, music, gender, mental health and comics.
Her critical work has appeared in print in multiple publications (Creem, Studygroup Mag) and her fiction in Image Comics’ Prophet: Earth War.
She has worked as a director, photographer, screenwriter, band videographer, copywriter, proofreader, ghost writer, audio & video editor, voice actor, PA and camera operator.
She volunteers at collective-run microcinema Spectacle Theater in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. .
Laura holds a BA in Creative Writing & English Literature from Moravian College.
She has the Last House on the Left tagline tattooed on her collarbone.
